The status (utility responses) can be checked in one of four ways:
- My Tickets (iSITE)
- Search and Status
Log in to iSITE
Click My Tickets
Find the ticket in the list
Click on the ticket you are checking, scroll to the bottom to see the list of utilities and their status.
Check email ticket confirmation received after placing the locate request.
Click ticketLINK within the email to view a copy of the ticket in your web browser.
Scroll to bottom to see the list of utilities and their status.
You will also received another email with a list of utilities and their status at the start date and time of the ticket or when all utilities have responded electronically, whichever is first.
Search and Status
Log in at managetickets.com.
Click the “Search and Status” button on the left side of the screen.
Enter ticket number in ticket number field.
Select “Nebraska” in the state drop down menu.
Scroll to bottom of the ticket to see the list of utilities and their status.
Dial 1-866-711-7281 Option #3.
Follow the prompts to check ticket status.
Enter the ticket number on the phone’s keypad when prompted.
The automated system will read the list of utilities notified along with their corresponding statuses.
