Devyn’s Story

Devyn Peterson started racing at just five years old in his hometown of Milford, Nebraska. He first competed in dirt go-karts, racing both on local and national levels against some of the best drivers in the nation. He accumulated five championships and 93 wins in just eight years.

At 13, Devyn traded in his go-kart for an IMCA Sportmod/Nascar B-Modified vehicle. From 2014 to 2019, he and his crew racked up 75 top-10, 50 top-five, heat race, and feature wins from 100 races.

Devyn’s success continued into the 2020 racing season, where he and his crew focused their efforts on prestigious races and displayed their strength to bigger crowds than ever before. The season was highlighted by winning the World of Outlaws at I-80 Speedway – a race with over 5,000 fans in attendance – and winning the McCool 100 special event at Junction Motor Speedway for the second year in a row. They gathered five other “A” feature wins, 28 top-10 wins, and 18 top-five wins in 2020.

In seasons since 2020, Devyn and his crew have continued to gather impressive wins and share the importance of damage prevention and safe digging with race fans across Nebraska – and beyond!
